How to reduce belly fat

If you eat too much and exercise too little, you’re likely to Gain weight including belly fat. Getting older plays a role too. As you age, you lose muscle especially if you’re not physically active. Loss of muscle mass decreases how quickly your body uses calories, which can make it more challenging to maintain a healthy weight.

Know your belly size

Eat a healthy diet.

Focus on plant-based foods, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Choose lean sources of protein such as fish and low-fat dairy products. 

Daily Physical activity

Strength training exercises are recommended at least twice a week. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you might need to exercise more.

Track your calories

The most basic approach to weight loss is burning more calories than you consume.

Limit your stress

The more you stress your, chances of becoming fat increases manifold. Try doing yoga atleast for 15-20 minutes.

Eat protein rich food

Most people can reduce their abdominal fat through taking on key lifestyle changes, such as eating a healthy diet packed with lean protein, vegetables and fruit, and legumes, and exercising regularly.
